To prevent spam in users' inboxes, email providers use different algorithms to classify an email as spam or not. Normally, emails from Compress2Go.com are not classified as spam, because we never send unwanted emails. But some email providers have algorithms that need more fine-tuning.
To make sure that emails from us go straight to your inbox, you need to whitelist "compress2go.com" before we send an email to you. To do this, go to your email account and add us to your contacts, contact list, whitelist, create a filter, or the equivalent option your email provider offers. You can always undo this later.

If you are using Boxbe, look in your Wait List folder and add our email address manually to your Guest List. Our automated system will reject any email from Boxbe that requests manual approval.
Any email service that asks us for manual approval will be ignored by our automated system. You need to whitelist us in their system first. Please check their help pages for more information.
